SPEED TRAINING

All young athletes have the ability to move faster, get stronger for their sport, and can reduce injuries - they just need the right coaching and training plan.  

True Training offers group, team, and one on one training and for all age groups.  Ask about our schedule and packages via email.  

For speed training - We follow a step by step approach in teaching the athlete to move more efficiently.  Most young athletes move faster even after one day using our training method.   

For strength training - We provide a full body progressive approach to achieve maximum results while in-season or off-season and for all sports.  Technique and overall training volume is monitored to improve each day while decreasing sports-related injury.

TEAM TRAINING

Improve your entire team's athletic ability and speed with team training.  

All training will be specific to their sport and team needs.  Whether its faster base running for softball, jumping higher and quickness for volleyball, or having your defensive backs turn and run more smoothly - it can all be taught.  

 

We can train your entire team either here at True Training or at your field/facility.

PERSONAL TRAINING

Exercise should help your body feel great, not broken.  Instead of soreness and pushing through pain, exercising correctly will have you end up feeling amazing during and afterwards!   

 

For exercise to remain pain free and only having positive outcomes, it all must be individualized - which means workouts that are fit for their range of motion, needs, goals, skill level, and capabilities - AND build towards their long term goals.  

Whether you have trained for a long time and want fine tuning to your workouts, or if you have never worked out before and want to get started - Will can help.

MUSCLE ACTIVATION TECHNIQUE

With Muscle Activation Techniques, we can assess and treat the source of most pain and mobility issues.  

Stress, trauma, overuse, and disuse can all create limitations in our muscular system.  The goal of Muscle Activation Techniques is to optimize muscle function in the limited areas - once this happens the joints are now more stable, muscles can now produce more forces, and pain subsides.
